File received in .ai instead of jpeg

Hello,

I have ordered a file on adobe stock. Usually, I receive files in jpeg but the last file I bought :

#85921097

is .ai so I cannot open it.

How can I do to have it in jpeg please?

Sorry to hear that you facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

The file(85921097) is only available in the AI format as mentioned in the Adobe Stock website.

Also, I understand that you do not have an Adobe Illustrator, as an alternative you can download the same image using Photoshop. But since they are vector images there are chances that the files may get pixelated and we can't give a guarantee of the image quality. The vector images are best to be downloaded in Illustrator.
