This javascript formula was working in a form I created in April. Now that I am re-creating the form, this javascript will not work. Am I doing something wrong or is this a new issue? Could it be caused by firewalls? Please advise. I need to make this custom average work ASAP. Also, a simple point increase formula will not work when it worked in the previous form. Basically Simplified field notation and Custom Calculation Script will not work now.

There's no built-in Avg function. You must have had a doc-level script with the function definition in the other file.

You need to find it and copy it to this file for it to work.
