At first, the documents were able to send with no issues via email for signature, but I changed my primary email address and now it doesn't work. Has anyone had the same issue?

As you have mentioned above, you get the error message when sending documents for signature since you have changed the Adobe ID email address.
It generally happens, when you already have an Adobe Sign account registered with the email address that you have used as a new Adobe ID.
In this case, you will need to contact support to get your account checked.
