TubeMogul login problems

Hi

We had TubeMogul account but stopped using. After some time we couldn't login or get feedback from support.

Our POC was Paul Bennett but he is no longer in the company. Contacting platform_support@tubemogul.com  and Reset password button gave no result.

How can we renew our account?
