    Adobe Acrobat 9 freezes when try to use

      Every time I open and try to use Adobe it freezes about 10 sec after opening, I have tried to re-install.  nothing seems to work, when called support line was given no help. just want the product I paid for to work....  please help

          Unfortunately, your product is very old, not supported by Adobe any longer and not compatible with any current operating system.

          It's understandable that you want it to work, but you're a bit too late to get any support for it, I'm afraid.

          Best you can do is run it in Compatibility Mode (if you're on a Windows machine) and pray for the best.

          Alternatively, just get a new license for the latest version. You can subscribe to it on a monthly/yearly basis, so it's not that big of an expense.
