Snapshot tool in Acrobat Pro stopped working abruptly

The tool was working fine and then just stopped. After selecting the tool in the Edit menu it will select a rectangular area but then nothing happens. The box stating the snapshot is copied does not come up. Using Windows 10.

There's no such box, as far as I can tell. Go to Word and click on Paste. Does it paste the area you took a screenshot of? If so, then it works fine...

In the preferences of Adobe Acrobat push the button "Reset All Warnings".

Could you please confirm the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine? 

Also, let us know what happens when you use the snapshot feature.
