    I am being wrongfully charged


      Okay, it could have been my mistake.

      I signed up for a trial, deactivated it, and was still charged. I realized maybe I accidentally had another account running so I submitted all of my email addresses in the "forgot your password" so I would know which emails were associated with an account. Only the one came back..The one I already canceled. 


      I this happens again expect bad things!

          Sorry to hear that you are facing issues.


          I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Acrobat Pro DC subscription(month-month) on 13 Feb 2018 and Adobe Stock subscription on 18 May 2018.

          Both the subscription has already been cancelled. Also, I went through the transaction details and noticed that you were getting charged monthly for the Acrobat Pro DC subscription.


          Also, since when you subscribe to the Adobe Stock promo offer(10 images per month one year plan), the first month is free trial, Adobe doesn't charge you for the first-month, the subscription billing actually starts from the second-month. It seems that the subscription was already cancelled during the trial period so you were not charged for Adobe Stock.


          Please let us know which subscription are you referring to in your above-post so that we can further assist you.
