Can I share Nested Sequences between projects?

I have been working on this one massive project, in which I have created a lot of Nested Sequences that I want to reuse in my next project. Is there a way I can do that? I still have all the assets used in the original nested sequences.

I suppose I could maybe duplicate the project and delete all the work I've done from the timeline and then import the new video to work on so all the images and sequences I've used are still available but I feel like there has got to be a better way. Plus then it keeps ALL the other assets that I won't need as well (like 500 of them), which I don't know if that slows down Premiere but it makes finding what I want more annoying.

Yes, create the new project and go to File > Import and select the project file that contains the sequences you need. You will get a dialog that let you select which sequence or sequences you want.

This is an easy way to reuse sequences.
