On Adobe Acrobat for the ipad app, I can’t seem to watermark pdfs.  Is there a way to do that?  Ideally being able to watermark and pw protect pdfs on the ipad would be great.

Adobe Acrobat Reader for iPhone and iPad is primarily a reader similar to Adobe Reader on Windows and MacOS. It does not the watermark or password protection features of Acrobat on desktop systems.

You say Acrobat, but you posted in a Reader forum... exactly what do you have?

As far as I know the free Reader has a very limited editing function... you may fill in text blocks that are in a PDF created by Acrobat, but you can't actually edit a PDF
