Export issue - purple overlay on all video

Hi there,

I've come across a really bizarre issue and I feel like I've tried all of the solutions out there but with no fix. My video edits fine in Premiere Pro CC, but as soon as I export (using both PP and Media Encoder) it turns a pink colour?

Can someone help? It's not on the graphics, but only the video itself.

Update or roll a graphics card driver back.
