I'm having an issue in my office where one of my staff is trying to send documents to a client via PDF.  The client says he is able to open the first document, but not the rest.  Yet, when I send them from my computer, they are able to open all of them.  We are both running the same operating system.  What could be causing this?  This is the second time this has happened.

By email, Microsoft Exchange, as PDF attachments.  What's strange is that we both have the same kind of email as well.

I checked to make sure her version was up to date, so yes and no.  The only thing that's different is that I have Adobe Acrobat PRO DC.  But the thing is that she's the only one having this issue.
