Premiere Pro CC 2018 Play/Stopp Button doesn't work

I have the problem that I can not play any video/audio sequence anymore. When I push the play button the symbol switches to the stopp symbol and the other way around but nothin happens... Even after I reinstalled Premiere Pro it continues to have the same bug.

Has anybode a solution for this problem?

Enter preferences> Audio hardware and try changing the device class, MME-ASIO.

Start the program by holding down the Alt (Option) + Shift key until the welcome screen appears.

What are the system specs(OS, RAM, GPU, CPU)? Have you updated the GPU drivers to the latest version?

What is the exact dot version of Premiere Pro? FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?
