Check your permissions access to the temp folder or you can rename the existing one and create a new one with with the same name "Temp" in the same location:

I do not understand, you do not know how to go to a path on your machine? You double click on AppData then double click on Local and there renames the folder "Temp" then creates a new folder and renames it in "Temp" then reboot your machine .

Normally in Local folder you should have a Temp folder , an Adobe folder and more .I think this is not the right session .Try to make a search for the Temp folder on your machine .

When the search is finished you can see the folder path ,Go back to the search result to see that .
