Hi! Wondering if anyone has any info on how to improve tethering.

Using a Nikon D750 connected to the newest Macbook Pro, using a Tethertools cable, Lightroom says it recognises the camera but often downloads the image very slowly or not at all. During a typical day I have to exit and re-0open Lightroom around 10 times so that I can keep getting images transferred to the computer.

Any tips? I have the latest firmware for the camera and latest Lightroom...

Here is a link to the Adobe troubleshooting page for tethered shooting:

Fix tethered shooting in Lightroom

I have never shot tethered. The only note that I have paid particular attention to is that when shooting with Nikon's you should be sure not to have other images on the card because Lightroom will have to sort through those images before transferring the new image to the computer. Sorry, I have no other information for you.
