Hi I lost my work on Photoshop because the app quit unexpectantly, is there any way i can get my work back?

If you set your User ID Photoshop Preferences File Handling to Automatically Save Recovery Information.  If you had unsaved changed in open document longer then the recovery period.   Recovery information should have been saved in recovery .psb files and  Recovery .PSB files should Automatically be opened the next time you start Photoshop after a crash.

To add to JJMack’s advice, you should always Save your work regularly, and on work that involves a lot of time, perodically do a Save As and incrementally name it. Also keep duplicate copies externally.
