Trouble downloading my vudu movies using Adobe Air which my computer shows I have?

I have been trying to download my movies from vudu to my computer and it said I needed to: To download your title, follow the directions below to install Adobe AIR 29.

I chatted with an agent on adobe and was told to go here:

https://get.adobe.com/air/

When I did my computer said that I already had it downloaded on my computer but it still won't download. Does anyone know why? I don't know much about computers and electronics, software etc...  The technician told me to put the question in this forum. Could someone help me please?

I have the same problem (windows machine). The link provided does not show a link to a "runtime" version of air 29 sdk. I can download the zip version (and unzip it) but am then lost as to how to proceed from there.
