Cant View Apps tab of Creative Cloud Application

I cant view Apps tab of Creative Cloud Application. I need this tab and I could install Adobe After Effects.

Anybody could help how to search for Apps tab?

Also, i tried to download the package of Adobe After Effects from the Adobe website. But when Im trying to click the Run to install the application. Nothing happen and dont see any progress of installation.
