After rendering and exporting footage from Premiere, the picture quality of the video is absolutely atrocious. I've tried exporting via matching source high bitrate, also youtube 4K, and even 1080p! The footage itself was capture with a C300 mkII. Just to make myself clear, the footage in premiere looks good - but the quality is drastically reduced in the export. Any idea on what I may be missing?

I've attached screenshots for the raw footage vs exported footage.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Larry

Are you re-importing into PrPro or what are you viewing it in?

Most video players are not color smart, basically VLC and Potplayer are, not hardly anything else. QuickTime player for instance is notoriously color stupid.

Firefox is the only color aware browser.

And ... is your monitor set for sRGB, 2.2/2 4, and calibrated for Rec709?
