PSD files will not be refreshed by syncing to mobile and Portfolio, ...

I'm a wedding photographer and I create my albumlayout in Photoshop. I import a template of these layouts in LR Classic and edit them in PS. I sync these files also with LR Mobile and use them in Adobe Portfolio, Adobe Spark, ...

Now ... sometimes ... these edited layouts (PSD) will not be updated and give the initial content (the template).

And I can do what I want ... it will not refesh the content. I stop to sync the collection and resync after some periode. No result.

I even replaced the files (with other names) no results.

Only when I make JPGs of the PSD and replace them in the collection, it will be oké!!!

Why is there not a (forced) refresh option?

Hi Bart,

Could you please let us know do you not see the files updated in Lightroom mobile?

Also, have tried signing out of the LR mobile app then sign back in to see if it helps?
