I marked the pictures to be removed using the x key. The selected photos were fade. After that I clicked "Delete Rejected Photos" and LR shows me window "There were no rejected photos to delete" I had reset preference using shift+alt key before starting program. No changes.

Does the Remove or Cancel dialog contain any other information such as "The Original File cannot be deleted... missing or offline"? If so it simply means the connection between the file and Lightroom has been lost. If they are on an external drive, connect it. If that is not the case then a workaround until a permanent solution is found could be to create a delete folder on your hard drive then move the files to it via Lightroom's Library Module. Remove them from the catalog, then navigate to the folder on your hard drive and delete the files from your system.
There are no messages about unavailable files.
But there is a message:
Problem solved - removal works but only those photos that have been edited. Strange condition. I will edit minimally to be able to delete photos
