Change PDF Links in Bulk

Has anyone come up with a solution to changing links in bulk (perhaps using search and replace)? I have a document that links bulleted items to documents that are already posted online. The domain has changed, so now I am faced with going back to each, clicking and updating each item. Is there a way to do this in bulk? I see "View Web Links" and I've tried to change them there, but changes don't save (I don't know why Adobe lets you type in the URL field if the changes won't be saved anyway).

I did, yes. It's a standalone, paid-for, tool that I've developed that lets you do just that. You can find it here: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Batch Edit URL Links in PDF Files
