How to sync Laptop to desk to?

I travel with a Mac Pro and process my photos with LR Classic CC while traveling. What is the best method of transfer my photos and catalogue to my Mac mini when I return home?

Depending on how you organised your catalogue and images, you could just copy your catalogue and images onto your home desktop  or if you keep your catalogue and images on external hard drive all you would need to do is just connect it to yor home desktop.

You can also merge catalogues using File > Import from Another Catalogue...
