Trying to upload video files from my camera roll on my phone, but Adobe Clip keeps saying that they are not available and that I have to download them to my camera roll (where they already are - not in the cloud). Tried taking a picture as well in Clip and got the same message.

What file type are the images? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
