Hi, I have been invited into a team, I had Premiere from an older subscription, but I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I try to launch Premiere a Creative Cloud it just opens a window and hangs. I've logged on and every thing at the account level looks fine. Any ideas?
Also, why is it so hard to contact support. There was no support options for this, just the forum. I think that sucks....just in case some one from Adobe is reading this, your customer support could be vastly improved!
You're right with your support opinion.
There is the normal Suport is now totally bad.
If you buy an Enterprise license,
do you get a good support,
for that you pay considerably more.
I am sorry for the inconvenience. Are you using the same email address which is associated with the subscription to contact support?
