Hi ksdb77 and welcome to our community

When you publish Captivate in .SWF format, you have an option to "Export HTML". Notice that this area also has an option labeled Full Screen. If you simply select Export HTML, you end up with two files. One is an HTML page that is configured to display the second file, which is a .SWF file. If you select the Full Screen option, you should end up with three files. The two I mentioned earlier as well as a new HTML file. This new HTML file contains JavaScript code and a link that then opens the first HTML file. Your user launches the full screen page, then clicks a link that opens the Captivate movie in the full screen setup.

Hopefully this was what you were looking for... Rick

I think what the original query was - is there a way to go directly to the full screen mode without clicking that extra link?

Hi gsdeveloper and welcome to our community

The answer is "it depends". Sorry, but there is only one way to do it easily. That's by publishing as .EXE. But not many choose or desire to use that option. If you are in the world of HTML and .SWF, you either have to script it or deal with clicking the extra link. This isn't a limitation of Captivate, but a limitation of the web browser. You only have control over what elements to include if you are opening a new window.

Cheers... Rick
