Hi,

Adobe Draw keeps crashing while I am using the app and it deletes the project I am currently working on. It has happened twice now and it is super frustrating!! When I open the app back up, the “project“ is there but the picture is blank and translucent.

Is there any any way to retrieve those images and prevent this from happening? Otherwise I will need to stop using this. Thank you!

Hi Rebecca,

I apologize for responding so late.

Are you still facing this issue? Is the crash happening at a specific point or while using a specific tool?

Regards,

Sheena
