We have some PCs using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.011.30099 installed.
When this PCs are in our Network where Access to Adobe Cloud is blocked by Firewall it freeze very often.
If the PC is in a Network with full Cloud Access there is no Problem.
Here is a part of our Log from Firewall with the blocked connections.
We don´t want to use any Cloud Service from Adobe.
As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to disable Document cloud services in Acrobat, is that correct?
