    Impossible to cancel my subscription

      Hello ! 

       

      For first, sorry for my english, its not my native language !

       

      I post here because i want to cancel my subscription, but when i go in the good link (/cancel-plan) , it said that its impossible and that i have to contact you.

       

      The chat sadly doesnt work ! I really need to cancel it because i wil not be able to pay the next month !

          Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling your Adobe Stock subscription.

           

          I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock subscription on June 8th, 2018 for which you've been charged for 4months (from the month of July to September).

          When you subscribe to the Adobe Stock promo offer the first month is a free trial, Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month.

          If you cancel the service during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. If you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation.
