Come on. You HAVE TO have a developer working for you who can fix this absurd problem. Let me lead you through how I install Windows on a PC.
1. Install Windows 10
2. Download Adobe Reader DC
3. Install Adobe Reader DC
4. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Progams and delete the broken Adobe Reader DC icon
5. Create new shortcut myself to the AcroRd32.exe file and name it Adobe Reader DC
6. Punch the desk
This is not a problem with my computer or my software as this is a repeatable error on any system of my choosing with both the reader and pro versions of Acrobat. There is no excuse for this kind of thing. Also, in the event you didn't really read anything I've written so far, let me help you craft a reply. It should look something like this:
Dear Mr. Error,
Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. We're a bunch of smacks but we will assign this task to a developer post haste. You are my personal hero.
Sounds like a bug, though not a universal one. The icons are fine for me. I think you should report it to Adobe.
