Frames Per a Second Problem (FPS)?

know this may sound confusing, but in Adobe Flash CS3, I have made a flash and I set the FPS (frames per a second) to 3 but I imported a video, and have it in the same animation but I want to change the video's FPS to 30. Is it possible to change the video's FPS to 30, and keep the rest of the flash in tact and at 3? If so please answer. :)

No and yes - if the FLV remains external it will play back at is own frame
rate. If you import the video into the flash doc to play in the timeline
then it will play at the frame rate you set the flash doc at.
