I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to exporting files. I have just finished putting an athletics video together and when I play it back on two different computers it looks different. On my Desktop at home, it looks fine with a render in H.264.
When I play the same exported file on my work computer it has this grid of squares coming down on both sides like a set of steps. See picture attached. They start in the top left and go down to the middle. Then another square step block happens on the right side as well with the same pattern.
Just wondering if there is a way to get rid of the steps and render it properly. My only thought is I filmed with 4k for the carnival and I've used some HD 1080 footage in the middle.
Has it tried to adjust the render to the lowest common denominator?
If so how do I fix it?
Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver for the work computer directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
