Hi, I would like to know how can I have my clients sign an electronical consent form through the Acrobat Reader DC app when they arrive to the location without having to email it just fill in with an ipad upon their arrival. Please advise me ASAP on how to do this. Thank you.

Hi Maribelr,
If you are referring to add a signature in person, you can use either of the options provided below:
- In Adobe Acrobat Reader for mobile, you can add a signature to a consent document using the " Add Signature" option under Comment tool. Refer to the steps provided in this help link Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Creating Signatures and Signing.
However, you will either need to save each file with a different name for each client.
- You can use Adobe Fill & Sign application to get signature on the document and then share the file to any location where you wish to save the document.
- You can use the "Get signature in person" feature on the Adobe Sign iOS application.
