Please Help with Server issue

This is what I keep getting when I publish, yet - on our portal page everything looks and works fine?? I want to utilize the reporting capabilites and I cant unless a server is working?? It is working but I keep getting this message.
Im using WebHelp Pro.
Warning: Failed to publish to "laxhns40". reason: Unable to connect to the RoboHelp server on laxhns40. If RoboHelp Server is not being used, generate WebHelp instead. More information on RoboHelp Server is available in the help file..

Are you using RoboHelp or RoboHelp Server? The later is needed to publish WebHelp Pro output. If you haven't got RoboHelp Server you will have to use Webhelp output. It may help if you check out this explanation on Rick Stones site.
