Lightroom 2018 - white balance

Good afternoon. For a long time did not notice but at me in Lightroom 2018 adjustment of balance of white was gone, it is but values only from 0-100 and not teperratura! What can it be?

That's an RGB file (psd, tiff or jpeg) - not a raw file. Try a raw file and you'll get the standard temperature scale.
