Acrobar Professional XI task problems

Hello everybodies,

starting some days ago, my Acrobat Professional XI seems to have some problems.

When I open and close many PDF, it happens that sometimes a file won't open. If I insist clicking again then it will open.

In the end of day I find a lot of Acrobat.exe task even if the application isnt running.

My computer is a Windows 7 64bit

Please help me with that issue...

Hi robertop,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue with Acrobat XI on your windows machine, is that correct?

Try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check. If that doesn't work, try to remove Acrobat using cleaner tool found here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , restart the computer and then reinstall Acrobat from here - Download Acrobat XI, Acrobat X

You need your Acrobat serial number to complete the installation.

Yes is correct.

I forgot to say that I tried uninstall and reinstall already... and the problem isnt fix.

What I did not is to run the Acrobat Cleaner Tool... I will give it a try...
