Si tu audio es de baja  o mediana calidad no esperes tener una calidad optima. Aun asi te sugiero que uses el siguiente setting:

If your audio is of low or medium quality do not expect to have an optimal quality. Even so, I suggest you use the  setting in the picture:

I recommend exporting Cineform YUV 10 bit for YouTube (under QuickTime format).  YT will accept the files, and the quality is the best that PP can create.
