Lost sequence

While finishing up a project on premier I was trying to move the file to a different location. I used "save as" to make a new copy in the new location, and deleted the old copy. Me being dumb forgot that I was currently working on the new copy. In my panic I did something stupid and I saw that the sequence was still there so I hit save. Now when I open either copy of the video I was working on there is no sequence there. I am freaking out I literally spent ALL day working on this video and its gone! What can I do?!

*update* I found the auto-save folder but I still lost the last hour and a half of work. Anything I can do?

Make a habit of making a Save a Copy to a different drive.
