Listener is not working in AEM 6.4

Hi Experts,

We are trying to use the listeners at metadata fields level as shown in below screen in AEM 6.4. It is not working however it is working fine in AEM 6.1.

Are there any restriction in AEm 6.4 or Something we are missing? Can you please help?

Actually we want to do the similar listeners like below example but it is working in AEM 6.1 not in AEM 6.4.
