[PLEASE HELP!!] Cannot open After Effects (After Effects can't continue: Licensing Error)

I cannot open AE (CC 2018) on my laptop (macOS Sierra ver.10.12.6 [system language - English])...

I can open other Adobe software (ps, ai, id, pr, etc) just fine

When I try to open it this shows up:

I don't understand why it says that my subscription entitles me to Chinese Simplified product versions because I am in the student plan of my school (in Canada). Even if it is Chinese it should be in traditional Chinese, which is the language my photoshop and bridge are in(and the rest are in English).

Is it normal to have different language in different software? (I didn't do language changes in any of them)

I really need AE for my school project...please help ;_;
