Hallo,

ich habe Adobe Photoshop CC2018 auf einen Mac installiert. Beim Start kommt die Meldung "Sie können das Programm "Adobe Photoshop CC 2018" nicht öffnen, da es möglicherweise beschädigt oder unvollständig ist.

Ich habe es schon deinstalliert und neu installiert. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Did you uninstall Photoshop before using the Cleaner tool (uninstall it via the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app).

Hi Firmas,

We're sorry to hear about the error upon launch, the incomplete or damage error occurs if the installation had a problem. I would suggest you to use this Creative Cloud cleaner tool to uninstall the application: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Then install it again via the Creative Cloud desktop app and let us know if you're able to open it.

Yes i uninstall make a reboot, use the cleaner tool, make a reboot an than i install it

Close Photoshop, then hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and relaunch Photoshop. Respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences.
