cant find hearts an comments

I always tell my cliebts to mark their favourite fotos with hearts and write comments. i share a collection with them.

but now I cant see the hearts they made - neighter in the app nor in the collection on the computer.

what could be the problem?

I now fixed that I can see the comments on the computer. but not in the app.

I also will not get notified, if my clients comment something. why is that?
