Yes, flash player 9.0.115 is required to guarantee all output from your beta 3 build is viewed correctly.
You will get a very ugly RSL Error if you don't have this plugin. See post http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/messageview.cfm?forumid=72&catid=651& amp;amp;threadid=1334294&enterthread=y
for the details...
Question for Mac to clarify his answer,
Will there be another version required before or at Gold release? Is 9.0.115 going to be the very lowest or can we expect a higher version or is that answer kown at this time?
It looks like we will most likely ship with player 115.
It's not true that Flash Player 9,0,115,0 is required to avoid RSL load failures (I implemented the feature). cxf02's problem is most likely caused by incorrectly creating the unsigned RSL (framework_3.0.189825.swf).
Sorry for the confusion, I was wrong. The latest player 9,0,115,0 is required for the Flex Builder IDE for profiling and such, but I believe 9,0,28 is all that is required to view application swfs created by Flex Builder.
Unfortunatly the link does not work.
When I use Flex debugging I get this error message: Required Flash Player version not installed
Surfing this theme did lead me to some advices to copy the flash plugin from Windows/>>/Macromed/FlashPlayer into the Modzilla Firefox Plugin folder but - no change, the error warning still pops up.
