Help editing scene -> "Eureka" close up with past scenes going by

Hi! I'm trying to edit this scene in Premiere Pro where that's an eureka moment for a character, a close up shot on the head, and i'd like to put some past scenes going by in front of her face, with some transparency on it.

I've only done more "straightforward" editing so far, so this is a bit of a stretch for me yet and i feel a bit lost, if someone could point me in the right direction to achieve this i'd appreciate!

You might try putting a slowed time ramp on her basic video track, put some of the other videos on upper tracks, and keyframe opacity and maybe blending modes between 2 or 3 tracks of video (or more).

Personally I think all such tracks should be in slo-mo mode but that's to taste. Maybe coming "in" close to normal speed and suddenly slowing them another track blends in & slows, something like that.

It takes some futzing. Especially as a new technique.
