InDesign Server CC 2018 Superscript preferences

Hi folks

I already searched for an answer and also called and chatted with Adobe. Unfortunately, nobody could answer my question.

A customer of ours is using InDesign Server CC 2018 and we need to change the superscript preferences. In InDesign client there's the functionality within the preferences (see screenshot). But we couldn't find out, where to change those preferences for InDesign Server.

Does anybody here has an answer for our problem? Would be absolutely genius!

Unfortunately we still have no solution to this problem. Does nobody else has this problem or a solution for us?
