Exporting video for TV broadcaster

How would you approach the challenge of preparing deliverables for a TV broadcaster that requires audio/video deliverables to be in the following specification: XDCAMHD 50i, 4CH Audio (Ch1,2 - Stereo Full Mix, Ch3,4 - Stereo M&E)

● You have available the following: Master video in Prores422HQ format, 1920x1080, 24fps, stereo audio + M&E audio stem as a separate file

● In couple of sentences explain solution/workflow to achieve the requested; you can propose any method-software-hardware

They should specify the container, is it MXF ?

If so, go for MXF OP1a - XDCAM HD 50PAL 50i

You can search in the Sony Utilities, but I didn't find Sony XDCAM plugins for Premiere Pro, only for Avid and FCPx

Concerning Audio, I couldn't find the exact requests in the audio tab in Premiere Pro
