Cut, copy, paste and apply paragraph style

Hello friends, I would like the help of friends for a script that meets what I need. I would like to select only a portion of the text and run the script through a shortcut that I will create.

Do you mean that you want to create a script and assign it to a shortcut? That's a general InDesign question, not a scripting question. Read up on how to work with the Keyboard shortcut editor (Edit > Keyboard shortcuts).
