Acrobat DC ver 19.008.20074
Getting many of these errors on Console log. This one the worst, 16 minute spinning wheel
WindowServer: common_reenable_update: UI updates were finally reenabled by application "Acrobat" after 993.03 seconds [0.00fps] (server forcibly re-enabled them after 1.00 seconds [1.00fps])
What is causing this and what to do?

As per the issue description mentioned above, Acrobat is taking time to launch on your Mac machine, could you try installing the latest patch for Acrobat using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates, reboot the machine after installing update and try again.
If that doesn't work, try resetting preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.
