Exporting images from a pdf

I have PDF manual for the Xbox fable anniversary game, unfortunately it will not print as a booklet as it is. I need to move the pages around so that when printed double sided it will form a booklet.  I can export a single image, but it only exports the background NOT the text.

is there a simple way I can modify the embedded image such that when I export it, it exports as a whole...background and text....this may have something to do with layers, if so can I merge the layers easily ? need some help please http://fable.wikia.com/wiki/File:Fable_Anniversary_Manual.pdf

Hi,

Please try to export the image as png with default settings. It will export whole pdf as png images.

Open Acrobat-> Tools-> Export PDF-> Select a file -> Open file -> Image -> PNG
