Issues with text Premiere Pro v.13.0

Hello.

Im using the latest Version of Adobe Premiere (v 13.0)

It seems that there are some issues with text.

1. When Im trying to select the text I cannot see selection, but the text is selecting because I see that I can do changes.

2. When I choose text tool and go above text grafic I cannot see any box for text.

For example, In Premiere 2018 (v.12.12) that red box it can be seen - http://prntscr.com/l6o12q

Also in this version when Im selecting the text I can see that - http://prntscr.com/l6o1fs

Could you help me please to fix this issue?

Still facing this issue? Try the 13.0.1 update and let us know if if it works.
