Pretty much, drew a lot, had a lot of ideas and drawings on the app. Updated to the latest iOS, and went back in to the app. Lost all my files...how did this happen? How do I get them back?

Hi Chinglax.

I know this is upsetting. However, since you've just signed back into the app and all of your work is missing, it's very likely that you've signed back in with a different Adobe ID than you used when you created it.

Please sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets2.adobe.com/assets/mobile?filter=draw and see if you see your work there.

Hi Chinglax.

I know this is upsetting. However, since you've just signed back into the app and all of your work is missing, it's very likely that you've signed back in with a different Adobe ID than you used when you created it.

If you don't see your work there:

Have you ever used another email address for an Adobe product?

Do you have any other Adobe apps on this same device that could have automatically logged you in with a different account?

Or, did you use the social sign on (G+ or Facebook) feature to log-in to the app?

If you do see your work there:

Leave the app and your device open over a wifi connection and the work will sync back down to it.

Please let me know what you find.

Sue.

Oh, haha thank you so much! So turns out, what happened was I tried to log in with my facebook account to adobe illustrator, but it took forever to log in. Going to that website showed me that my stuff was still there. So I logged out of facebook on my ipad pro, and logged back in. Then tried logging back on adobe illustrator and voila, everything was there again. Thank you so much! I gotta say, I see that you've been helping a lot of people (I tried figuring it out through other forums), you're doing a fantastic job Sue!
